Shipping and Returns

Delivery region:                     

New Zealand wide. We can't deliver to PO boxes 

 

Order processing:                 

We process and despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt.

 

Stock:                                    

Our products are made, stocked and dispatched from Northcote, Auckland. 

 

Standard Shipping:             

Free delivery for orders $100 and over. $8 for orders under $100. Delivery typically within 7 days.

  

Order Tracking:                  

A tracking number is automatically sent via email when we have booked the courier.

 

Order pick up:

View before buying:         

Available at Auckland, Lower Hutt, Christchurch by arrangement. Contact us at alison@mattandtom.co.nz.

 

Returns:                              

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange return freight and your refund.

 

Packaging:

We only use recyclable packaging for all our products. No plastics. 

 

Other order placement methods:
